We have returned to our normal office hours.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm and on Saturday from 9am-3pm. A face covering/mask is required while you are in our office.
Our promise is to always keep you safe when you are in our care.
At Arboretum Vision Care, the health and safety of our patients and employees is our top concern. As part of our normal standard of care, our office has a long-standing practice of disinfection. We disinfect all areas of our office throughout the day, all clinic areas and all equipment are disinfected prior to every patient seen. We have taken extra measures to increase frequent cleaning and have provided additional training to our staff with the goal to protect your health and the health of our staff. We are spacing appointments in order to respect “social distancing” and to allow time to disinfect in between each patient. We have disinfected our entire office, including frames. Any frame tried on will be disinfected by our staff prior to being replaced on the frame board.
Feeling sick? Please reschedule.
We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. We also ask that patients come alone or with only one caregiver to their appointments at this time. If you are ill, have traveled abroad, or had close contact with someone who has traveled abroad within the past 14 days and are due to be seen for an appointment, please let our office know. We will be happy to change your appointment to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
We are offering curbside service to dispense glasses and contact lenses.
If you feel safer not entering the office, you may call us at (512) 345-5641 and we will bring these items out to your car. Any money owed can be paid via electronic or phone payment. Please ask us to arrange payment prior to picking up your items. We will also ship any glasses or contact lenses you order from us at a reduced rate of $5.
We are now offering telemedicine consultations.
This type of visit can be utilized to treat eye problems such as red or irritated eyes and contact lens-related issues. While this type of visit may not be billable to insurance, the cost will be nominal. Most telecommunication fees will range between $60-$100.
